Business days refer to regular working days and exclude Sundays, public holidays, and any days when severe weather conditions such as tropical cyclone warning signals are officially in effect. While we aim to dispatch and deliver every order as efficiently as possible, customers should keep in mind that shipping timelines are estimates rather than guarantees. During high-demand events, including special promotions or seasonal sales, fulfillment and transit times may be extended beyond the usual range due to increased order volume.

At this time, we do not provide an option to schedule deliveries for a specific date or time. Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, the shipping address cannot be modified. For this reason, customers are encouraged to carefully review all shipping details before completing their purchase to avoid delays or complications.

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and we are unable to establish contact after two attempts, the order may be automatically cancelled. In such cases, the payment will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.

There are certain situations in which an order may not be eligible for shipment.
